All goods sold online in the EU are subject to a 14 day cooling off period. There is an exception for made to measure items. Since photographic prints sold on this site are made to order this does not apply.

However this does not affect your statutory rights. Any products that are faulty will of course be repaired, replaced or refunded as applicable.
