Deliveries

Delivery is included for almost all destinations that I sell Photo Prints to. This is generally an express delivery service. Express shipping is included in the price for orders shipped to the US, Canada and the EU/EEA.

For other countries shipping costs vary immensely and a decision on shipping possibilities will be made directly upon receipt of your order. Normally express shipping is possible but sometimes it is necessary to lower the shipping class to standard. However you will be informed of this by email (during business hours) and will be given the opportunity to continue with the transaction, cancel the transaction or pay a supplement for express delivery.

Products have to be produced before they can be shipped. Therefore shipping time is not precisely calculable. Generally in Europe and North America production time is 2 days for prints and 3-5 days for stretched canvases. Shipping then starts after this. I use the express shipping option so that your prints arrive as quickly as possible. This should be 2-3 days.

Prodigi is my printing partner and here is their shipping information page. They use FedEx, Royal Mail and DPD depending on the printing location and your shipping address. This is designed to cut down on unnecessary transport. Of course this provides a cheaper business model but more importantly cuts down on emissions from transportation of goods.
